Always excellent service, been going with all three children since 2013. Recently I purchased a pair of Superfit leather boots/high tops, within a couple of weeks the leather had split due to a manufacturing fault, Bev offered to replace the boots, but no more were available so she had them repaired at her expense. The repair has lasted and the boots are still going strong 8 months later. All three of the shoe fitters are excellent and I've never had a problem with their service.
